Important Boundaries
Copari provides practical co-parenting tools. It does not decide whether abuse, coercive or controlling behaviour, harm, or safeguarding risk has occurred.
- Copari does not provide emergency support, legal advice, domestic abuse advice, or formal risk assessments.
- Copari does not replace solicitors, Cafcass, police, social workers, domestic abuse services, therapists, mediators, or other qualified professionals.
- Users remain responsible for deciding what support they need and for contacting appropriate services directly.

Safety-Aware Features
Copari includes features designed to support calmer, safer user behaviour and clearer personal record keeping:
- Message Studio: Helps users prepare calmer, factual, child-focused replies.
- Breather: Helps users pause, take a breath, and self-regulate before responding.
- Copari Patterns: Helps users review saved records and notice possible repeated communication themes over time.
- Smart Diary and Evidence Locker: Help users keep clearer personal records.
- Quick Exit and Safety Mode: Support privacy-aware use of the platform where available.
- UK support directory: Helps users find organisations that may be relevant to their circumstances.
UK Support Directory
Copari makes reasonable efforts to check that listed UK organisations appear legitimate and relevant using available public information and reasonable checks.
A listing does not mean Copari endorses the organisation, guarantees suitability, or has assessed whether it is appropriate for a particular family or situation. Users remain responsible for deciding whether to contact a service and whether it meets their needs.
Platform-Related Concerns
Copari provides safeguarding@copari.ai for platform-related concerns. Messages sent to this address are reviewed by a responsible person within Copari who can respond, signpost users to appropriate support, and encourage users to contact emergency services or specialist organisations where needed.
